LIVING WITH LOCKDOWN
Making Stronger Connections
Tuesday 12 May 2020
On these days we're offering a safe, reflective space to discuss these questions and share thoughts and feelings about the unfamiliar and disorientating experience of being locked down.
The aim of the day will be to make stronger connections with our inner resources. We'll focus on those elements of our lives that help to keep us grounded. We'll look at the people, places, events and things that bring us comfort and strength at difficult times.
As in all our workshops, we will mix short thinking and writing exercises with discussion and sharing of stories in pairs and in the larger group. The day will run from 10.30 to 3.30 with a one-hour break for lunch.
The workshops are limited to 12 people and we would advise early booking. We will send you a Zoom invitation once we have received your payment. Please get in touch with us here if you need any more information.
What's lockdown like for you?
- how well am I coping with what’s going on?
- how good am I at tapping into my inner resources, and also getting the support I need?
- what changes am I noticing within myself, and what might that mean for the future?
