Pause For Thought offers you the space to take stock, share thoughts and feelings about your life in the here and now, and find ways to move forward with energy, purpose and self-compassion.
We'll look at how well you're coping with what’s going on, how good you are at tapping into your inner resources, and finding the support you need. We'll look at what changes you're noticing within yourself and what adjustments you're making.
As in all our workshops, we'll mix short reflecting and writing exercises with discussion and sharing of stories. The day will run from 10.00 to 4.00 with a one-hour lunch break at 1.00. For CPD purposes the day will count as five hours.
WORKING ONLINE We're aware that online workshops can be intense and tiring, so we pay special attention to comfort and pace. On this workshop there will be plenty of offscreen activity, short breaks and private breakout conversations, along with group discussion.
